I think you know surf equipment Rip Curl or maybe Kitesurf Equipment "North Kiteboarding"

Can make someone a great theme of this two brands ?

There's quite a lot of content on those sites. Could you put some images here to show the potential developers of what elements you like most about this look? :)

To me the NorthKites style looks more theme-able. The N900 UI works a bit better with darker backgrounds.

Hi..

yes the North logo (green N on black) can be use for the upper "menu" button and the style from the North page ( green with grey and black background)
Next nice step with a loop wallpaper from North will be nice as well ..is it possible or difficult to make this theme?

Well you're probably best off looking at the stickified "How-To" thread to find out how to do this theme yourself. It could be that nobody's up for the task.
