How about we port Duke Nukem 3D to maemo?

I would have to agree. Duke Nukem 3D sure was a lot of fun and would be a great port if possible!

I remember (and my memory could be hazy) Duke Nukem running off of a P1 133 with 32mb ram. I don't know what the ARM based equivalent would be, but I bet the 770 could handle it.

Here's a little info on the current Linux port. What else would be needed for the 770? Again, great game for its time. It will always be a classic!

according to the 3d realms site you need a "486DX2/66 with 8 megabytes of memory and VGA graphics. We STRONGLY recommend a good Pentium with 16Mb of memory and PCI local bus video". i'd say the 770 has a pretty good chance of fitting these specs.

that's the specs for windows. besides, the 770 has 64 mb, just for comparison.
