I havent loaded any games yet, but..

What are best games for N800?

I know its matter of taste, but what games should I try.. :)

Hmm, installed nethack on N800. Install went fine. But wen I try to start the game from the menue nothing happens.

Yeah. Sarcasm really is my thing, although a little bit more info might have helped: Like, how did you install it? What version?

I just installed the latest version from the site. Install went fine but like above nothing happens when i try and play it.

Yeah sorry, was a bit unspecific but I too got this updated version, dl it from the site you mentioned. Installed it using the application manager and this workd just fine, no error message. Now when I go to the menu entery for Nethack and click on it, nothing happens. Is there some other way to start it or something (like command line maybe) that one could get at least an error message or something?

I admit I don't have the very latest version installed yet, so I suspect this may be a bug in the update. Would it be too much trouble to contact the developer/porter about this? Josep is a nice guy.

My N800 has made me a Mahjong addict. I also like Chess (wish for online multiplayer) and Marbles. I'm also interested in what games others like for the tablets. Any good poker games via web browser or install?

I tried all possible methods I could think of (and search the forum) without any success. Could anybody provide detailed instructions (or where I could find them) on how to install this game I'm so eager to have on my N800? many thanks in advance.

can't believe no one's mentioned ScummVM! Curse of Monkey Island and LOOM are great ways to kill a train ride with the 770.

I also have Blitzkrieg Onslaught (like Scorched Earth), Nethack (FTW!), Powermanga (kinda like Galaga), Vectoroids (Asteroids clone, duh), Lbreakout (another classic), Battle Geweled (bejeweled), Icebreaker (ever play Qix on gameboy?), LXDoom (DOOM! Runs great!), and Sokoban. I think I pulled them all off maemo.org; the Application Catalog on the site is really helpful.
