Sex consisting of going with the same sex as yourself is perverted narcissism.
If anything, it's Frodo and Sam.

And how does evolution work and why does is seem to need two genders?

Copulation causes population, why?

Evolution worsk like, argh, i can write a 4 page essay on the topic, ill link some youtubes that are better to explain on the bottom of the post....
And evolution does not need two genders, there are lots of life forms on planet earth that can mate with them selfs or replicate without mating and other mechanisms.
The reason our evolution has lead to two genders is pretty simple, what our genes are made up of "wants" to be replicated, and like a current taking the less resistive path our genes "wants" to have a host that is best suited for making more copies (and replicating). With two genders you get a nice mix of different genes (junk DNA and otherwise, but dont be alarmed of the name junk DNA its actually quite usefull) which with natural selection is a really really practical way of trying to make sure you (as in the gene) gets replicated more.
:) The reason biological compounds works like this is that those biological compounds were the only once that were interested in surviving.
this playlist contains also how evolution works, but i recommend just watching the whole thing, cos YOU are going to learn lots of stuff you might like :)

Oh bugger, I thought this question was self answering. You don't need sex ed. do you? Anyway I think that the video link I posted in my previous post in this thread answered your question in a chemical and evolutionary answer.

Somebody needs to retake introductory bio...
It's called genetic variation. It allows higher species survivability and adaptability.

Your answer to his question asumes that evolution requires two genders.
i had a rough night so thought id come to tmo for sone sane down to earth discussions about elements that are tangible and declareable. i was wrong. so wrong. all of you are at fault!!!

No he didn't say that. Merely that sexual reproduction increases genetic variation and adaptability in slow growing multi-cellular organisms.
Altough, sexual reproduction doesn't stricly spaking require different genders or genders at all. Fungal mating-types achieve same result without genders.

He asked why evolution needs two genders, he answered its called genetic variation.
logic states that he should say something like,
"it does not, how ever the reason we have two genders is because genetic variation is positive have turned out to be a positiv thing for us to reproduce more" or something in a similar manner.
Not saying that its not called genetic variation, only that his way of answering implied that evolution does require two genders.

You need to understand that evolution is not a concept, but an ongoing process. As well, as the fact that evolution IS THE reason why certain species are dual-gendered. Evolution doesn't require anything. It's merely and outcome, like and answer to a mathematical problem.

I understand this, you need to understand that I'm saying that it does not require two genders. I never said it required anything. I never said its not ongoing.
