need help on some script coding...

i just installed the Alarmed app on my N900 and put some common commands like to hard sleep on a specific time... switch to silent profile on a gigven time... etc...

but i was wondering if i can send a specific message like SMS or email on a given time. Is that possible on Our phone?

if there is a script for this? thanks... :D
