Announcing track names by a press of a button.

I can shake for next track, to pause/play, adjust volume without unlocking a device, only thing that is missing is ability to hear the track title, and I think this would be possible with espeak. My idea was to use a camera key for this. What do you think?

But I don't know how, I am not a programmer :( I just thought this is a good ideal, and probably possible.
