Updating with app.manager idea

So here's what I propose:

Each time there's a package update - there's a tab in the details menu that says "what's new". In it the dev can type.. well, what's new! As well as bugfixes or whatever.

Anyone else would find this useful?

Since, however, it duplicates something that is provided by debian/changelog, most don't bother with it.
