I followed the instructions on wiki.meego.com/ARM/Meego_images_for_N900, and i downloaded the right images (the linux kernel and the meego image (meego.ubiimg). In the instructions, it gave me this command:
sudo flasher-3.5 -f -k <kernel_image> -r <meego.ubiimg>
As i'm using windows, not linux, i just erased the sudo command:
flasher-3.5 -f -k <kernel_image> -r <meego.ubiimg>
Of course, i put the right names for the kernel and meego image, so the command now looks like this:
flasher-3.5 -f -k meego-n900-open-armv7l-1.0.0.20100525.1-vmlinuz-2.6.33.3-11.2-n900 -r meego-codedrop-arm-n900-closed-201003311635.ubiimg
So the next thing i did is reflashed the N900 with that command. And as in instructions, when the flashing was finished, i shut down the device by removing the battery. Now i disconnected the usb cable, put back the battery, put back the cover, and switched on the device. BUT, the problem is now it won't boot. All i get when i switch it on is the Nokia logo, and after that i get black screen with the Linux penguin in the top left corner. So now that penguin sits there for about 5-10 seconds, and after that the device switches off by itself. Plz help.
