I am not familiar with SUPER but I suggest using Media Converter 1.4 or better. I just converted 6 episodes of HDTV Heroes to fullscreen and it worked like a charm.

Do you play back on a 770 or a N800?

AFAIK you have to rip the DVD and convert it to DivX, MPEG or some other format of the sort and then use Media Convertor on that file.
HTH,

AUTOGK!
i backup all my dvds for the road with dvd decrypter http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/
and then autogk http://www.autogk.me.uk/
both are free and pretty easy to figure out. sometimes i use dvdvault but that is not free and it has a little trouble with high mtion... but it is a one click process
also dvd decrypter is a fairly fast process so do sevral dvds then use a batch list in auto gk so it can convert them over night wile you sleep

Eh? I didn't do nuffin'.
On the subject of converting DVDs, however, I'd like to recommend FairUse Wizard
(http://www.fairusewizard.com/lang_en/fairuse_wizard_dvd_divx_xvid_backup_tool_light_edi tion.html)
It works well for me.
