Maybe you're unimpressed because you don't seem to have done much research/investigation into it's capabilities (or even this forum - this question came up a week or so ago). Flashing the device is pretty basic stuff, and is probably even covered in the manual (not sure, haven't read mine!) :)

Actually, now that I think of it, if you have never been able to connect to the Internet with your N800, it's no wonder that you are unimpressed. It is like being unimpressed with owing an automobile because you don't know how to add gas.

Just wait... it gets even better once enough people (who don't care to learn but expect things to work automagically) buy the device for no other reason than they read in a pop magazine someone famous uses one.
