there no update for it here.mine is still v 10.2010.19-1.004 and it says "no update is available"also i treid via cable it say "currunt v 10.2010.19-1.004...available v 10.2010.19-1.004"and give me option to reinstall it only it is not good for me..help plz

I'm afraid i don't really understand what your question is here. Why isn't this version good for you? (10.2010.19-1 is already the latest firmware, so that's why you can't update)

AFAIK, there are 5 different versions of 10.2010.19-1 aka PR 1.2 aka the latest firmware available (USA, Middle East and North Africa, India, UK, global). Every firmware is 10.2010.19-1, and the three numbers after that, say what country version you have.
I'f i am not mistaken your version .004 is the Indian firmware (source (http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_N900.php)).

Again, i really don't understand your question. Do you mean that the Indian version isn't the version you want? If you want another country version, the only thing you can do as far as i know is reflashing. You can find the instructions on this this page: http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware
But since you don't seem to be very familiar with xterm or maemo in general, i stronly suggest you don't do it! Unless you are sure what you are dealing with here, off course.

i thought mine is not updated since i bought second hand n900 so now when you have clearify that mine is the latest version then it is ok i do not need to do anything then (.0004 was confusing that u have clearred)i really thanks to you even after not understanding my qustion properly u answered corretly THANKS for giving time and posting reply
