Is this a regular SD? I mean, shoulod it be used on an N800 without patching?

Anyway, it's for sure that it has no chance of owrking on a 770, due to the different standard (it uses the RS-MMCs!)

Right, but in the N800 we can use regular (and therefore slightly less expensive) SD/MMCs.
