something wrong with vidconvert !!!

there are two videos that i am trying to convert on my 770 and vidconvert shows the same error that it cannot convert or something. and the videos came from youtube if you your wondering. but two videos one same error, i think something's wrong with it.

I've had an email from someone saying they've had some problems with some recent YouTube videos. No idea why yet, not had time to investigate.

Note that YouTube videos which require a login and acceptance of "this video may be inappropriate" won't be converted, and non-YouTube/Google Video pages, such as Daily Motion, will need the URL to the FLV file given (see one of the Flash video download sites on how to get that URL).

However, otherwise as windowsrookie says, there's nowhere near enough information here to be helpful.
