Nokia 770 - won't submit

I just received my Nokia 770 and have pretty much got everything working. One thing it won't do is submit my security check information to my bank (orr flexteller) so I can have it recognize this "computer" for transactions.

I'm sure it is something that needs to be turned on.

Any ideas?
