Hi

Many of us are prone to believe that today is THE day of the new firmware update being released. I m not sure, but I d like to think so too.

I propose a game: give your forecasts at which time (GMT) when the dream will come true.

We need a way of controlling the reality of this. But I am sure that your F5 key is red hot :-)

Well, too many insiders into this forum.. ;)

I hope too that the day will be today, my bet is 17.00 helsinki time (same as in italy), not for a special logic idea, but because that would give me the time to update my Noo8 at work before going home :D (no complains from my wife after dinner  )

Yes too many insiders, plus the people like me who know insiders and get first hand information. But I have nothing on this topic.

OKay, forecast registered, but Helsinki time is Roma +1:

one hour more to update for you!

You're right, I didn't know that (I thought that the only differences in Europe time were related to UK/Ireland and Portugal...). So it's ok for also if it will be released at 18.00 Helsinki time :D

Greetings Seb Per:

You are in Finland, right.

Many insiders state that if the new firmware will be posted it will begin on the Nokia Website in Finland.

Can you post a message here when the firmware goes online.

Regards Robert

Good point,

That s why I checked but alas, clicking on the update / support pages in Finnish lead me to the EU pages. By the way, it does not load! maybe too much load? or changes/ maintenance being performed on the servers...

You've got to be kidding.

Stop the games already. This is not funny anymore. Are you looking for attention. The people on this forum are doing real work. They can't be looking at stupid jokes and hoaxs all day.

They are writing code that Nokia left out. Please.

STOP IT!!!

Upon the 100th anniversary of my death, if you exhume my body, you will find that I will be holding a card. On this card I would have written the exact time and date of the new release...

Okay Sir, I will become quite serious.

1- Hoaxes and misinformations, I agree, it s negative. I posted about this this morning.
2- but games: they don't harm as long as they don't refer to point 1-

some people like them (see above), some people don't. fair enough.
But how can you refer to THE people of this forum as all doing real work? I don't think that this forum is reserved to some kind special group?...
Please respect democratic values. Thank you.

EDIT- and by the way the title of my thread wasn't serious (a ref to song "Tonight is your Night"), so you did not have to open it. Next time, I ll add: - gravediggers, watch out, please don't read-
