when i hook the 770 up to my pc it says it cant recognize it and wont let me see it as a drive

any one else have this problem or a solution?

None other than that the only thing the XP box can see is the memory card. Have you tried to see the memory card in the file manager? put anything there?

I am getting good results with USB 1.0 on an older Dell P4 box.

OR, check "add/remove programs/windows dukey" and make sure UPNP is installed.
