Looking for info on how to get my 770 booting from a mem card....

I want to have one card (probably the one the shipped with it) to boot from original factory condition

I want a second card, as much GB as possible, for daily use of all my stuff...

Is there a FAQ, Wiki artcile, HOW-TO etc covering this?

2GB is your limited on 770.

Follow this (http://maemo.org/community/wiki/howto_easily_boot_from_mmc_card/) to dual boot. Read it very, very carefully... :)

For partitioning 2gb on 770 running OS2007HE do I need to follow the directions as for N800?(unmount /media/mmc2)

I followed the Wiki article very closely as suggested throughout this forum. I was fine until the command:

# dpkg -x tar*.deb /tar-temp/

at which point my prompt turned into ">" and nothing seems to be happening. What gives here? Anyone else see this behavior?
