Erminig

Just installed Erminig and synced a Google calendar to get stuff into iCal. Worked great. There is software out there to get the stuff from iCal to Googlecalendar, if I find a free/cheap piece of software I'll be good.

I've been using http://www.plaxo.com to sync between iCal and Google Calendar and it seems to work pretty well.
