Ovi IM service

i have an ovi account and recently, whenever i connect my phone to the internet - i get this message saying that the chat feature of this application is no longer available, to continue chatting with your friends etc etc.... - now this message is really annoying! how can i make it go?!
p.s. - it's like an IM from servicebuddy@ovi.com

Just disable the OVI IM account. Since it's unusable why would you still log it?

Haven't you heard that the old Ovi Chat protocol was put down?
Now, the only way to use it is directly online or on Symbian.
