R&D Mode for Dual-Boot Flash Image?

Question... I've set up dual booting on an SD card and need to enable R&D mode on the MMC Flash image... how is this done? Using Flasher-3.0 I can only seem to access the external flash...

No, you really don't need to :-) There is no such thing as R&D mode on the MMC.

Maybe you mean installing becomeroot to system booted from MMC?
