There is ssh server builtin in the N9. I do not know the default configurations / usernames and password.

Use teminal in your n900 to connect to that.

Does the N9 by default have a ssh server installed?
I think that would be cool, since it is the first thing most hackers/developers installed on the N900 when it became available, but why did Nokia add it for the general public? Is there any service/application that uses the SSH server? Seems very strange to me, having an unused ssh server running. Could become a security problem and uses power, can't believe it is shipped by default.

AFAIK It's only installed/activated when you enable developer mode.
