Whelp, looks like the rest of the industry just had their asses handed to them again by ImgTec.

One has to wonder why every damn device carries a power guzzling Tegra 2 with missing NEON instead of an OMAP 4.

x20 performance at x0.2 the battery consumption.
Something is definitely wrong here, press releases yuck!

Real-World performance would probably be closer to x0.5 (halved) consumption with a x8 performance increase over SGX543.

Were looking at 3D-1080p @30fps for highly graphical games, or 4K internet browsers, with 16MP clear photos.

I remember an article on Phoronix saying ImgTec's targeting sometime this year for... an open 2D driver. Eeeh.

There are gonna be many versions available, so 20x is a possibility. ImgTec have proven themselves so far, so doubt they would go about making up numbers. There were even rumors that a Series 6 PowerVR is gonna power a PS4.
