browser update via prg manager -> problems

Hi,

II'I've a N800 with the newest firmware. When I looked for updates in the program
manager, there were 2 for the browser (I'm not sure if it was browser -eal and browser
-control something).
Now, I cannot disable plugins, because the plugin list is empty. I also cannot open a link in a new window, when I touch a link long, the option doesn't exist anymore in the menu.

AnY Suggestions?

ps posting in this forum with a n800 is painful, the text 'doubles' when i enter the thumb-write mode...

OOpening links in a new window still doesn't work, but I found that it is possible to
deactivate flash. It is in the menu on the lower right side of the browser window...
I still don't know if I will reflash my n800 and not install these updates, when I'm home from the vacation.
