You mean , with Nokia internet software updater , i install same os 2006 . i think i have to download 2006 OS firstly . Shouldnt we make smth on the Tablet PC without pluging the usb cable to PC and software updater.?

Yes, with the internet software updater. To avoid having to download the 60MB+ of firmware each time that you flash, download the firmware image from here (http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_770.php?f=SU-18_2006SE_3.2006.49-2_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin) then whenever you run the internet software updater instead of allowing it to download the firmware from the internet select the firmware image you have stored on your hard disk.

Even though Nokia had on several occassions forgotten about Apple Mac users... there is a major benefit to being one.. the "770Flasher" is so much easier to use then some ol' Winblows Wizard... it just works! And yes, it goes without saying that one should have already saved the .arm file to their desktop puter. I have a folder of all the past and resent Nokia OS's.
