Please Help! Maemo Mapper

Please help! Newbie here.
Here is what I have done so far.
I have a 770, and upgraded to the SU 18 2007 Hacker OS.
And installed all Maemo Mapper files and configured my Bluetooth GPS.
When I start Maemo Mapper, it just hangs.. It says loading but nothing ever comes up...

Any help on getting this GPS going would be greatly appreciated.
