bluetooth wont connect to mobile phone

:mad: i just got my 770 this afternoon and i have tried numerous times to get it to connect to my mobile and sync up via the bluetooth connection but when it searches for my phone it dont find anything does anyone know why this might be im pulling my hair out.

I had to set my phone to visible discovery mode to get it to pair with the 770.
