770 email to Comcast - Delete does not

My 770 email settings work for getting email from Comcast and sending. I leave the messages on the POP3 server.

Deleting the message from both only results in the email being deleted from the 770.

Known issue?

I set my email to earthlink and it deletes on server when I delete on the nokia. My 770 is version 2.2005.45-8. I flashed it with the latest version.
