VNC newbie

i have no idea how to set up my win xp machine. could someone please post a short description how to do this.... i cant imgine the 770 being even more productive than it already is, i'm very excited, just short on knowledge. thanks in advance.

In my case, lets me my Windows laptop from my 770 -- a sort of GoToMyPC type controller, except you're not limited to Windows machines at either end.

I've only used it in the same wireless network, and not across the internet like GoToMyPC, so maybe that's a poor example.
