I found an easier way to trigger the unable to launch bird bug in all angry bird games. Except in AB Space where zooming stops working instead.

That segmentation fault is likely related to this problem. N9's SDL always sets windows size to be 854x480

I also noticed the same problem and tried to debug the software. So instead of
usbipd -D
I started the daemon with
usbipd -d
to get debug information. And then usbip seems to work fine :)
