Many of Nokia's N9s were produced in both Finland and China. Many of their past phones were done the same way. (ex: E7, N8, etc.) :)

Ok. Did you try the above? If you did, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

You said you would like all applets...which ones do you want? The wiki page will tell you exactly the buttons for each specific applet.
Anyway, if you just want the notification you'll have to do...

Did you do T-3-1-6? That should give you battery percentage. Let me know what you did or if that works for you. :)
