mass storage mode/root directory?

hi guys, I've got to move some files to my root directory in mass storage mode, but I can't see the root directory folder on the p.c screen. I've got it showing hidden files on the p.c. any ideas?

MohammadAG you are a legend, it renamed all the bad files from the Kasabian torrent. I've deleted it all and I wont be downloading that again.
