Re: Weather-TOH
Mmm, putting [outdoor] sensors into OH [connected to a phone sensitive to elements] doesn't sound like a very good idea.
Everything listed (minus windspeed) could be easily achieved by a proper...

Re: [WIP] Jolla OtherHalf OLED display
Use it for three weeks now. It's great just as a cover with nice velvet look and touch feel - and that display just makes the phone a really unique piece.
Yes, thank you Kimmo.

Re: Future project: wireless charging OH?
Got chameleon blue-white one - and really happy with that, thank you.
It's as Finnish/Greek funky as it gets - and seen-through greenish charging pad definitely adds charm.

Re: [Discovered:] SailfishOS bugs and glitches
Ok, so the factory reset actually wipes firmware updates as well. After installing firmware update and reinstalling/readding Exchange account I'm now able to sync contacts, e-mails and calendar just...

Re: [Discovered:] SailfishOS bugs and glitches
I am not sure whether it's a bug or feature - but volume button presses should be passed to Android applications if in foreground - not increase/decrease volume immediately.
I'm quite used to using...

Re: Jolla User Experience Thread
I beg to differ. At least N9 MfE implementation is more or less fine - and in any case orders of magnitude better than anything coming out of the box on Android devices. One on N900 was ok'ish also,...

Re: [Discovered:] SailfishOS bugs and glitches
TKIP WiFi networks (that work fine with e.g. N9 and N900) seem not to be supported.
Exchange server policy requests (e.g. to enforce a device lock) are seemingly rejected (or probably just silently...

Re: Jolla User Experience Thread
Interesting device, and level of Android support is unbelievably good.
However some parts of system are more on late alpha level than early beta yet. I'm thus forced for now do enterprise things...

Re: Y Adapter / Splitter For Headset
[QUOTE=TA-t3;74498]I'm interested in that one, but has anyone tested and verified that it actually works on an N800? QUOTE]
I confirm that it does work fine on my N800. Tested e.g. with Skype...
