In another words:
1. Export all your contacts from Contacts app to file.
2. Run tweak NN-1-1 to create one file with all your contacts
3. Flash/clean your phone...

Thorvic777, tweak II not include Coderus trusted repo. If you needed this, check the relevant thread how to install it and activate it.

No idea why.. Try first to flash only rootfs, if you will see the problems still here, flash again with emmc.

for all those problems you need flash your phone (including the emmc)

Previous build also should work, it include version 1.0.9 of hack-installer...

About flashing you need read more detailed the flash guide...

OK, I found why it happens to lacro. When he removed N9QT (previous version), the "preinst" script created /opt/wall.back file. And when he want to install again, the "postinst" script tried to read...

Finally.. Like i said before the problem come from wall.back file that for some reason not removed... Removing this fixed your problem :D

why you write output by hand ? Just copy from terminal and post here a full output... Also the command that you wrote for install.
Now run uninstall:
apt-get remove --purge -y n9-qtweakall

put n9-qtweakall_9.7.5_armel.deb into MyDocs, then run terminal and
devel-su
password
dpkg -i /home/user/Mydocs/n9-qtweakall_9.7.5_armel.deb
This line will install n9qt to your N9 :)

Not so much understand what you say, but i hope you NOT installed n9qt when your phone connected to PC via usb cable.
Please, disconnect your phone from PC, open terminal as root and try to install...

After that rm (remove), reboot phone. Then come here your N9-browser and download QTWeak from here (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/n9-qtweakall_9.7.5_armel.deb). Klik it straight on...

By mistake I wrote incorrect path and I got the same error like you posted some time ago......

What changes you made manually?
Run this as root and then install N9QTweak.
rm -fr /opt/N9QTweak
