You can't use Yappari if you register your phone number using another device different than the N900, including another phone or BlueStacks.

You have to install NITDroid and register the phone...

Those numbers do not match Yappari versions.

If you have a working 0.0.6 version of Yappari you can upgrade to 0.0.18 and it should keep working. If you're already registered and Yappari asks you...
