Its a system limitation; try doing the same in messaging-ui and you'll have the same issue; anything you paste once the system doesn't allow further pasting...Hence use Clipbook...

Nightly5 although it seems smoother than Nightly4 but it freezes when switching from WiFi to 3G or from 3G to WiFi

Do a simple test; plug out your sim card without Wazapp running and it won't work but if its already running and you take out your sim card it'll work...

Yup its possible. when you register it, use your old phone number to get a registration code sms. and then on the N9, register with the old number and when they ask you for sms code, enter in that...
