Setting pictures is not working, but I'm having the same problem in my Symbian device, so I think it's a server...

Use flasher as mentioned above and just flash the kernel, boot your phone.
install DROPBOX and upload all your files to DB and just DL the files.

if you uninstall power kernel through Ham you effectivley delete the kernel from your phone, you should of used the unistall power kernel package.
Bad mistake to make, i know as i did the same...

I am under the impression that flashing from a linux pc is not as much prone to errors than trying the same from within windows. I might be wrong, but i would give a Linux-Live-CD with a Debian or...
