Unfortunately this means its possible to loose or corrupt data. Hopefully will be fixed in the next version.

By the way, try these as root if you can't download or install large files. It worked for me once I came across this issue.

killall -q pkgmgrd
rm -f /var/lib/dpkg/lock

Looks like the issue on Nokia side has been fixed. I was able to download it on my own device. However I had to do a couple of tricks because app cache was broken on the device after these failed...
