Try to follow their instructions, within reason (you have flatpak installed already). Usually these apps are not available in ARM. But you have to try yourself - I cannot test every app out there

You're most certanly right, I had the jolla-settings-networking-multisim installed before the update (I used the config-mod to activate the second SIM before), and the update didn't uninstall it in...

If you want to see "SIM cards" under Settings upon F5122 would still need to add:
pkcon install jolla-settings-networking-multisim and reboot.

Just installed 2.2.0.29 on my Dual SIM F5122, and managed (apparently) to convert to the official Dual SIM SFOS by doing the following (YMMV - PROCCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK AND HAVE A BACKUP...

I can confirm that flashing this (http://xperiafirmware.com/8-firmware/140-sony-xperia-x-f5121) image via the open source flashtool (flashtool.net) unlocks the oem partition for fastboot flashing!

To sum it up is sounds like you can do it with Emma in Windows and recovery + fastboot in Linux.

Sounds like change is positive and mikecomputing can calm down too ;)

Same here. I hope that's ironed out in the official release, as I basically have to use the nonstandard 3G APNs for my carrier in my area.

If not I guess I could script it.

Make sure you are using these commands to install any rpm downloaded

rpm -ivh somefile.rpm

Ok, thanks to mal from #sailfish-porters we now have fully working dual-sim F5122

add these 3 lines to /default.prop


and these lines to the end of /etc/ofono/ril_subscription.conf


and...
