Audio calls are working now indeed after flipping the switch to REGISTER underneath the Keep Alive Mechanism.

After typing in username@sip.linphone.org + password + in advanced settings proxy : sip.linphone.org I can't get it...

Going through the sources of that page (bare with me: not a web programmer) I would say it is JS "fault".
Try disabling JavaScript in MicroB Options and reload the page!

You can install via HAM if you like.

You will need a working /etc/ppp/peers/cdma, eg
