I am having problems connecting to wifi and 3G too. I have to reboot to connect to a wifi spot or 3G connection. I do not know why. I have v2.3.4 n12 and kernel rc6.

You can try The mintyboost to be used as an external power supply. It is very easy to make and it only uses 2 AA batteries to output 5volts and about 500mah to 600mah. :cool:
