[ANNOUNCE] Alpha release of Open Media Player

Open Media Player is a full free open source rewrite of the stock mediaplayer.
While I started the project, my current free time slowed down updates a lot, so OMP is currently maintained by gidzzz....

This happens because of the Update has its own files system and will replace any setting on the device. Any customisation made will be needed to redone once...

No change log for you! We'll add one to the ovi bump when we're confident we know what's changed :P -- getting conflicting reports on the silent profile bug for example.

I´ve noticied that the controls of my bluetooth headset (Nokia BH-505) only works when I use the native media player.

Sorry for the delay. We try and release an update every week or two addressing both the "little things" (like the silent profile or the embedded artwork bug) and the biggest issue...

Nope. Maybe once the USB Host Mode stuff gets up to speed you can plug in a USB tuner and pull together drivers for it.
