Agree 100%. No removable battery = no sell to me. One of my two N900s just came up with the dreaded loose USB port. This time, I don't think I will fix it. So, I am down to one. It may not last...

Thanks for the recommendation of the battery. I have three batteries for my N900. Well, one of them just died. So, now I only have two. I may be in the market for another one.

I use SomePlayer because it includes a graphic equalizer. It also does not index anything.

Also, if you are new to the N900 make sure you look up info on how to boost the FM Transmitter.
