Or if you have an old backup you can do a restore (docs only) and you will get the old video back.

Good question and one that needs answering for those who don't know as this is not really a "fix".

Not all applications are available in the Diablo repository, they are being tested and added...

Your right, I assumed the licence would be the same. eg whats good for the Nokia N95 would be good for the N800 but not sure now....

There is no menu entry for FM radio on os2007 or os2008. you launch it from the desktop applet. Just click what looks like a page with a music note on it to launch the application.

Yes you can with OS2008, I use my camera and flash drive, you need to put it into host mode in terminal.

To enable host mode:
$ echo host> /sys/devices/platform/musb_hdrc/mode

To set N800 back...

Suggests you can sync contacts over bluetooth with a mobile phone, if this is the case (it looks a bit beyond me) and your phone was in sync...

Well, I fixed it by uninstalling 2.1 which I was getting from the repo then getting the old version (1.1 Deb) from Nokia (US).

I'm all up and working again but wont be upgrading again.

ad-hoc wireless file moving

In my quest to move files from my camera to N800 (using my pocket PC as a go between as I can plug my storage card into the PPC):

I have found a way to do this but there must be something easier.

I can put my camera card in the PDA, move a picture by bluetooth to my moto V3 phone then move it by Bluetooth again to my N800.
