i've been a designer since 2001 and i remember that my first ever post here said that i am more than willing to help devs with asthetics. since then, nobody ever contacted me about it.

as what i have read from the Q&A with elop at MWC, is that, nokia may be depending on microsoft and pay them royalties for it, but at the same time, there will be no more money spent on OS...

from where i come from, the n900 was not advertised as a geek phone at all. commercials on tv were showing shooting pics at a club party as if it was the next big thing in pop culture. lol

neither. since its a nokia, it's an evolved communicator.

some say it's a "developer's" phone, but then again, can't any phone be used for development and testing for it's own content consumption?...

simple nature-ish looping image set

hi. here is a simple looping nature style wallpaper. i didn't take the original photo myself. i just cropped part of a big grass image off and made some adjustments to make it seem like it loops...

first i googled a nice big monochrome smoke pic. then i separated parts of it in a photoshop document 3200x480. made a blue layer on top and used overlay transfer mode to give it color. saved it as...
