you have to update the catalogs list firs ,, any way this is the package choice lockscreen (http://maemo.org/packages/view/choice-lockscreen/)

I don't have my N900 with me now and cannot test this, but normally using QListView with QStyledItemDelegate is a lot faster.
Try it and tell me if it works. ;)

OK I posted version 0.0.9 in the first post. This version includes notifications and SMS registration. Everybody can register and now receive notifications.

If you close the app it remains running in background. So when you receive a new message a notification appears, which when clicked re-shows the app.
