If the contact is an international contact, you have to do it anyway. If it's a local contact you don't need to.

If it's a local contact without an area code, you have to at least add the area...

You CAN'T use the same number in two different platforms. Don't register in Yappari, then boot...

You have issues. I suggest you should go see a doctor.

In the meantime just don't use Whatsapp ever again, and be firm with your friends about that decision.
