1.) cd /home/user
2.) cd .tuxpaint
3.) cd saved

You can check then where the problem is.

I have talked with the Wibrain people at IFA here in Berlin. They said this new Atom based model comes to Europe at end of October (mass production will start then).

I've played at least one hour...

Install leafpad, that's what you might need. Beware, the notes from the built-in notes app are in HTML. Leafpad is a plain text editor startable via xterm or Desktop; it's as easy as notepad from m$.

As far as I remember Xournal allows custom background pictures for sketches. Plus it can export to pdf.

http://www.sdict.com/en/wikipedia.php has an sdict-version of wikipedia with over 1 million articles. Works fine with the sdict-viewer on the tablets. It is available for a lot of other languages too.

It's a beta release. You could search/file a bug at Maemo Bugzilla, or just hope that the final release (soon ?!) will do better.

Well, that's definitely not the source of the problem. Canoe ( http://maemo.lancode.de/?path=./binary-bora ) is as fast as a filemanager should be. No delay at all when opening deep folders with lots...
