Hi, I've just "almost" successfully repaired my N900 broken microUSB, It was a real mess, I had only basic soldiering skills and had to learn a lot with this experience, I both soldiered the shield...

I WAS having this kind of issue, I thought USB port was loosen, but then I checked it carefully with a lamp and found it had some fuzz in the background, I took it out with a pin, and now it works...

I can confirm this, I'm using CCU8 package, I hadn't had time to document it, and I have also been trying a lot of things at the same time (BFS, 720p, NITDroid, etc), so I hadn't found time to check...

I've tested BFS and at the same OC settings than KP and it just kept crashing while KP has been way more stable, even with VDD 1 & 2 enabled + DSP OC'ing.
