Repeating events are a bit hit or miss, since Fremantle calendar manages them oddly, especially repeating events with exceptions...

If I remember correctly, simple event repetitions should be OK,...

Yes, on slow connections it will take a while before getting the necessary data from Google servers, so erminig may appear to freeze. I should probably add one of those spinners while it waits for...

Confirming that those calendars are indeed invisible to Erminig. On the other hand other calendars outside of the "Sports" category work fine.

very odd. Can you take a look at the event log after a sync? (erminig's menu -> Log)
Before that please remove the profile and re-create it, so that it will sync all events
