Like pali said the repo now contains a fixed build that should work fine for everyone (ke-recv version 3.19-15) the metapacakge also got updated to 3.1 so anybody who didn't try to update yet should...

Problem with ke-recv is because MAG did not used correct fremantle dpkg & debhleper version and created bad ke-recv package.
